5.Cause of occurrence:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic status in Yangzhou, the local government
perform regional lockdown and request factories to suspend production.
6.Countermeasures:
The plant has been performed strict epidemic prevention measures: a health
green code, trip code, latest nucleic acid test certificate and body
temperature test are required before entering the plant. In accordance
with the government's epidemic prevention and control measures, the plant
has suspend production from today.

The Company actively coop with local government and considered the
employees’ healthiness as priority. The Company will flexibly adjust the
operation and the situation will not cause material impact to the finance
and operation of the Company.
