YFY announced its China subsidiaries extend resumption of production

5.Cause of occurrence:
In order to tie in the prevention and control work to the Wuhan
Coronavirus, the Company's subsidiaries in China cooperate with local
governmental policy to extend resumption production. The other
subsidiaries had resume production.
The Company had evaluated the situation had not caused material impact
to the Company's finance and business operation.
6.Countermeasures:
(1) The Company had set up a Coronavirus prevention work force to prepare
and excuse relevant guidelines to maintain the health of employees.
We pay close attention to the Coronavirus situation and enhance the
prevention works to maintain the Company's daily operation.
(2) The Company will flexibly adjust production schedule and employee
rotation to satisfied customers' requirement after resumed production.
