On Aug 13, 2020, the Boards of YFY Inc. and its subsidiaries have approved
the consolidation of YFY Capital Co., Ltd. (surviving company) and YFY
Venture Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (dissolved company), and the surviving
company would rename as YFY Venture Capital Investment Co., Ltd.
In order to meet the surviving company’s future strategic plannings, the
name of the surviving company will be changed to be YFY Development Corp.
