5.Cause of occurrence:
The director of the Company, Mr. Kirk Hwang, has been the CTO (Chief
Technology Officer) of YFY Inc. since 2016/01/01. The Company reported
the CTO's insider holding information in accordance with the regulation
on the MOPS, while there has no CTO's title in the reporting system and
miss input the title as Assistant Vice President. We found the title was
reported incorrectly and the title shall be corrected to ”Others”.
6.Countermeasures:
The title of CTO of the Company, Mr. Kirk Hwang, shall be corrected to
”Others” since 2020 November for the Company's insider holding announcement.
